Soda water generator

Providing protective drinks is one of the employer´s duties towards employees. These duties are generally set in the Act No. 65/1965 Coll. as amended, S. 133 and more closely quoted in S. 133 and subsection 6, next in the government regulation No. 178/2001 Coll., S. 5.

Soda water generators can be also used not only within drink schedule for employees, but also in offices, canteens, students´ hall in universities, hospitals, old people´s home and schools and many others.

The basic principle of production of soda water is dissolution of CO2 in water. Soda bars work on the principle of cooling and mixing water with CO2 under pressure. Thanks to an efficient pump which is able to exert pressure high above 10 atm when injecting water by means of a small jet into special cylinders containing CO2.

Thanks to this, it comes to enforced breaking of injected water into overcooled medium of so called saturation cylinder (saturation - mixing) by cylinder walls and CO2 molecules are joined with H2O molecules. Soda water generator VSV-3

(soda bar, soda water generator, siphon bar) is intended for production of soda water by means of carbonation (CO 2).

Drink production is fully automated and no special setting is required. The device is made in stainless version of the shell made of high-quality material. Water filter delivered together with the products catches particles of the size 0,5 micron and bigger and that is why the tapped drink is very delicious and qualitative. It is convenient for production operations thanks to its high performance and the evidence of this is the fact that over 500 big companies not only in the Czech Republic belong to our customers. It is also produced in version with two taps, where the second circuit cools only water which is not carbonated, or another drink (barrel fizzy drink etc.)
